The hotel is perfect for a relaxing staycation, offering very clean and spacious rooms despite being a bit outdated. The friendly staff compensates for any minor shortcomings, making it a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel is like an apartment with a living room, dining area, kitchen, study, bedroom, and two bathrooms which perfectly fit my needs. Special thanks to Andita, Ratna, Rahmat, Yono, Jon, Widy, and Ikhwan for their excellent service during my stay. The breakfast preparation was a bit late, but the fast response from engineering to fix the TV cable and AC was awesome. The hotel's location is near a mall, close to Plaza Semanggi, and very convenient for attending events at Balai Sarbini. The dining experience was good, but it gets busy during the weekend. The facilities were excellent in handling guest complaints.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms, perfect for families, conveniently located just downstairs from shops. However, the constant disturbances from housekeeping were a downside even though they provided service with a smile. The strategic location, close to Plaza Semanggi, was incredibly convenient, overlooking a running kitchen and near the Balai Sarbini. The dining experience left much to be desired, with poor offerings and a need for facility refurbishment.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable, but the cheap synthetic carpet floor had a strange smell unless the air conditioner was left running constantly. The smaller room size compared to previous stays was a downside, although the hotel's location in the Semanggi area, central to the business district and within walking distance to Bank Rakyat Indonesia BRI, was convenient.
The hotel is located strategically near a big shopping center and the central part of the city. The rooms, although in an old building, are clean, well-maintained, and sufficiently spacious to meet my needs. The service provided by the hotel staff is exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. The dining options, while offering a variety, may be limited in appeal to those with a preference for local and Chinese tastes.
